Tony Oxford is PRINCE2 accredited and an RICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential property throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Prior to the creation of Chrysalis Building and Project Consultancy, Tony was one of the founding UK Principals at Avison Young.

He has acted on behalf of a wide range of clients from pension funds, banks, property companies through to tenant occupiers, leading and delivering on project management, building surveying and strategic property solutions.

Tony’s abundance of general management, technical skills and project management abilities provides strategic consultancy advice with workable solutions for clients. This not only ensures that projects are managed effectively but also creates value to the overall business.
